2. Products and Print-On-Demand

All products listed on our website are printed and fulfilled using a trusted print-on-demand service.
This means:

  • Orders are printed individually once placed.
  • Products are custom-made and not held in stock.
  • Slight variations in colour or cropping may occur.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • All prices include VAT (if applicable).
  • Payments are securely processed via [e.g. Stripe, PayPal].
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email upon successful purchase.

4. Delivery

  • Posters are printed and dispatched by our print partner.
  • Delivery times vary but are typically 5-10 working days.
  • International delivery is available to selected countries.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services or customs.

5. Cancellations & Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet been sent to print.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

This policy is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK), which allow exceptions for custom or made-to-order items.
